Janus offers clients a range of new translation services

Quality localization of any product, whether it is a website, training course, software, smartphone application or game console, is impossible without functional and linguistic testing. That is why Janus is offering a set of new translation services.

Functional testing is viewing or comprehensive testing of programs, presentations, a training course and other products, in order to identify functional defects (arising in the course of development or localization) and their documentation. Linguistic testing is similar to functional, but only text appearing in the product is tested (the extent to which it complies with rules of a particular language).

In other words, work by no means ends with the translation of resource files, and the localized product should be tested in real conditions.

From January 2016, Janus will be pleased to offer clients the following services:

• functional and / or linguistic testing of software and other materials (complete cycle, including product analysis, test plan and test script development, testing in the right quantity of iterations, and revision if required);
• independent quality control and possible correction of errors based on results;
• a complex of services for machine translation (MT), including the following: MT, MT+editing+proofreading, MT+proofreading;
• glossary development and maintenance.
