Express Translation delivered by Janus Worldwide in as little as 4hrs!

Historically within the localization industry, a small volume of translation or rapid turnaround has involved hefty surcharges. In 2016 Janus decided to tackle this problem and gave its customers a new automated service to handoff urgent translations with guaranteed SLA’s. Janus Express allows clients to send small volumes of words for translation via our online customer portal. Users can either upload a file or copy and paste text or strings directly into the system; this is then picked up immediately by a project manager dealing with the associated client account and it goes straight to translation.

Since pricing is clear and transparent, and we engage with subscribers to Janus Express on a contract basis, there is no need for time to be taken creating quotes, it simply goes straight for translation, passes through QA and is delivered back within the agreed SLA.

How it Works

We have developed a customer friendly portal in order to make the process of sending requests as quick and simple as possible. Users can log in to a safe environment, using a unique user name and password, in which they can submit either small translation requests or urgent translation requests.

Currently Janus Express supports the following target languages
- Finnish
- French
- German
- Japanese
- Polish
- Portuguese
- Spanish (European)
- Italian
- Russian
- Swedish

SLA’s

Submissions are “live” during normal business hours – 08:30am-18:00pm GMT & ET.
Requests of up to 500 words per job will be delivered back in 4 hours.
Requests from 500 words up to 1000 words per job will be delivered back in 8 hours.
If requests are greater than 1000 words they will be delivered back in 24 hours maximum, we will strive to deliver back as soon as possible within this time frame.
2000 words is the limit for Express services, all requests greater than 2000 words can be processed via normal processing, also available via the Janus customer portal.
