Project Management Training on PMI Standards
Currently, project activity accounts for approximately 40% of the total activity of a modern hi-tech company, and with the development of scientific and technological progress and increasing competition, the project component is steadily increasing. In this regard, any employee of the company, from the top management to ordinary worker, is involved in the resolution of various project tasks and is a member of a single project team. At the same time, the achievement of project objectives depends on the contribution of each member, and hence, the success of the project, and consequently, the success of the entire company.
In connection with the market trends, Janus is planning to conduct project management training on PMI standards for project managers, as well as senior and middle managers in project management, until the end of July 2015. Training will be carried out by a full-time employee of the company, certified according to PMI standards.
Training is built on a combination of theoretical materials and practical exercises based on real examples of localization and translation project activities. The training process will develop such necessary skills for project managers as the formation of project documentation, preparation and defense of the project before the company’s management, project team formation and human resources management, project monitoring and evaluation, project completion and learning experience.
