Almaty Office News: Meetings, New Clients, and 17 Years of History

Our office in Almaty rarely appears in the news feed, but that doesn’t mean nothing is happening there. Gulmira Akhatova, the head of the Kazakhstan office, shared recent events, achievements, and a bit of the team’s history.

Company President Visit and Client Meetings

In July 2025, Almaty was visited by the President of our company, Konstantin Josseliani. The trip was eventful: meetings were held with key partners — Novartis Pharma Services AG and Sandoz.

“The meetings were successful,” comments Gulmira Akhatova. “But what’s equally important is the informal communication. Our colleagues had the opportunity to talk with Konstantin in a relaxed setting and discuss work matters without formalities. It always brings the team closer together.”

New Clients of 2026

The year has just begun, but the office’s portfolio has already been enriched with new names. At the beginning of 2026, contracts were signed with:

• The Association of Environmental Organizations of Kazakhstan
• Solidcore Eurasia
• L’OREAL

Expanding the client base also required structural changes: in 2022, the company opened a second legal entity in Kazakhstan to work with an even larger number of partners.

An Office with History and a Team That Remembers the Beginning

The Almaty office has been operating since 2009 and has never changed its address — a rare story in our time.

“We are located in the old center of Almaty,” says Gulmira Akhatova. “And I am proud that we still have employees who have been with us since the very opening. I joined the company in 2012 as a project manager. Six months later, I started combining it with a managerial role, and since 2015, I have fully focused on the position of Director. It’s a journey we’ve taken together.”

On Challenges and Support

When asked about challenges, the Director responds philosophically:

“There are no serious difficulties. And if they do arise, I always know who to turn to. Colleagues are my main support. We consult, discuss, and find solutions.”
