BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Janus Worldwide is looking to add a small number of people throughout the US who have the drive and determination to build strategic relationships with organizations across a range of verticals.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Creating and implementing activities for lead generation and identifying, progressing and closing new business opportunities
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers
  • Develop and execute on growth plans and strategies
  • Work with the Janus internal team members to develop solutions to meet customer needs and objectives
  • Collaboration with internal teams and customers to develop roadmaps and ensure successful onboarding and project delivery
  • Establish, maintain and report on sales pipeline

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Creating and implementing activities for lead generation and identifying, progressing and closing new business opportunities
  • Successful experience and track record in linguistic services sales preferred
  • A desire to be successful
  • Enjoy talking to and meeting people
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and results oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a team player
