BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BULGARIA)

Janus Worldwide is looking to add a BDM to our team who has the drive and determination to build strategic relationships with organizations across a range of verticals.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Creating and implementing activities for lead generation and identifying, progressing and closing new business opportunities
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers
• Develop and execute on growth plans and strategies
• Work with the Janus internal team members to develop solutions to meet customer needs and objectives
• Collaboration with internal teams and customers to develop roadmaps and ensure successful onboarding and project delivery
• Establish, maintain and report on sales pipeline

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in the localization/translation industry as business development manager/sales manager
• A desire to be successful
• Enjoy talking to and meeting people
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and results oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills, a team player
