CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (API)

The content management system (API) uses a push-and-pull method to automate the sending of files for translation and delivery of translated files. It avoids manual intervention by copying translated files back into your system. The copy instruction will be replaced with a simple call to the Janus Connect API that allows you to send the file, including all necessary information, directly and automatically to the Janus translation management system by using Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), a protocol for exchanging XML-based messages over networks.

CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (API)

Within your content management system, you define which content is required in which languages, and the workflow inside your system will push the files. Once the translation has been completed, your system automatically pulls the translated file and inserts it back in the correct place.

This automated process saves time and reduces human effort and error when exporting and copying files, making the translation process easier and more efficient.

API STANDS FOR APPLICATION PROGRAMMING INTERFACE

  • Flexible workflow (custom SLA, each step executed either automatically or after client/PM confirmation)
  • Faster time-to-market at lower cost (job completed faster and more cheaply due to the end-to-end automation of translation workflow)
  • Quality result (managed translation process powered by a state-of-the-art translation management system)
