We have meticulously analyzed the most resource-intensive processes in our company, covering over 40 processes from Production, QA, HR, IT, RM, and more, to identify areas for AI-driven enhancement. We are focusing on various aspects, such as improving the quality of machine-translated text for lesser-known languages, optimizing vendor communication, generating potential sales leads, and refining our QA processes to minimize false positives.

1. Innovation: The main feature in the production department is providing the best possible text versions to our translators and editors working with machine translation to increase their productivity and reduce project time. LLMs complement CAT tools and machine translation by offering enhanced cultural context and readability for specific subject areas and language pairs.

2. Efficiency: In certain subject areas and language pairs, we have reduced the time spent by editors and translators by approximately 30–45%. We continue to research ways to further improve these results.
