6 March 2025, Vienna, Austria – Janus Worldwide, a leading provider of linguistic solutions, has been recognized in the 2025 Slator Language Service Provider Index (LSPI), ranking 49th globally and earning a Leaders category designation. This marks a significant improvement from last year’s 56th place, underscoring the company’s continued growth and success in the language services industry.

The Slator LSPI is a prestigious annual ranking of the world’s largest translation, localization, interpreting, and language technology providers. Participants in the 2025 LSPI are ranked by 2024 revenue (USD). As in previous years, Slator segments providers into four categories:

Super Agencies – Full-service, standalone LSPs with revenues exceeding USD 200 million
Leaders – LSPs with revenues above USD 25 million that do not qualify as Super Agencies
Challengers – LSPs with revenues between USD 8 million and USD 25 million
Boutiques – LSPs with revenues between USD 1 million and USD 8 million

In 2024, Janus Worldwide generated USD 25.4 million in revenue, reinforcing its strong market position and commitment to delivering high-quality linguistic solutions to global clients.

The 2025 LSPI includes nearly 300 companies, with 28 new entrants making their debut this year. The total combined revenue of all listed companies grew by 6.7% in 2024, surpassing USD 8.3 billion. However, much of this growth was driven by M&A activity rather than organic expansion, with overall industry growth remaining flat.
