Janus Worldwide Participates in Meet Central Europe Conference
Janus Worldwide will participate in the Meet Central Europe Conference taking place from October 10 to 11 in Prague. Central Europe is a vast and multifaceted region, so the conference selects just one country to focus on each year, and this year it was Germany’s turn in the spotlight. The main theme for the 2019 event is “Inspiring Vendor Managers.” Meet Central Europe features a broad business agenda: leading translation and localization industry experts share their experience and some truly inspiring ideas during a variety of discussions on current topics.
Janus Worldwide will be represented at the conference by Natalya Tarasova, Head of the Resource Management Department. On the second day of the conference, Natalya will give a presentation demonstrating how vendor managers can respond to modern translation and localization industry challenges by taking on a quality control role and successfully managing this process. Natalya will share her experiences as Head of the Resource Management Department at Janus Worldwide, a team that has developed a successful method of obtaining information about the quality of language service providers using modern IT solutions. This operational and economically effective quality control solution, coupled with an understanding of how it functions, creates new opportunities for vendor managers. During her presentation, Natalya will demonstrate how this tool helps to monitor the availability, quality, and performance of individual service providers. It promises to be a very interesting and informative presentation, and we look forward to seeing our colleagues at Meet Central Europe!
