Data security regulation in Germany
The recent “Europe in the Data Protection Ranking” issued by heyData in May 2021, highlights some interesting statistics on personal data security levels in Europe and provides a country-by-country compliance rating, marking pain points to be improved. Germany is ranked second for personal data security compliance, falling behind just one country – Ireland.

-We provide our own NDAs and also accept NDAs from our clients once we have cross-checked and agreed on the content;

-Janus Worldwide manages its MT and AI programs in accordance with data security guidelines. All machine translation is carried out by machines developed securely in house. We do not use public machine translation systems such as Google, Bing or Yandex;
-Janus uses only CAT tools with a proven data security record, such as Across, SDL Trados and many more;
-The VRI is highly developed, is operated using TOP-level technology, and meets the highest data security requirements;
