Janus Worldwide Successfully Completes ISO 9001:2015 Witness Audit

On March 21–22, Janus Worldwide successfully completed an ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems – Requirements) witness audit and extended the term of validity of its current certification. The certification covers translation, localization, DTP, and language consulting services.

Witness audits are conducted annually in order to determine whether a quality management system meets auditing requirements, as well as the appropriate legal, institutional, and contractual requirements, and to evaluate the system’s performance in terms of consistent accomplishment of set goals.

The results of the audit showed that the goals had been accomplished and the company had an established and effective quality management system that complied with ISO 9001:2015. Among Janus Worldwide’s advantages, the auditors noted the highly competent staff, the use of an advanced electronic ERP system, the high level of quality control for services provided, and the constant search for and growth in new areas of business, from machine translation to digital marketing.
