In February 2012, Janus Worldwide performed a supervisory audit of the Quality Management System (QMS) in place for various aspects of its localization processes.

Auditors from TÜV SÜD Russia worked in our offices over several days, communicating with our employees and independently verifying all aspects of the QMS. Last year, its specialists confirmed the compliance of our Quality Management System with the International Standard ISO 9001:2008, now, a year later, Janus chose to renew its compliance with a full audit again.

The supervisory audit included verification of the following:

• QMS documentation, its compliance with standards and relevance.
• Observation of implemented procedures and the provision of factual confirmation of this.
• Client satisfaction monitoring mechanisms.
• Work with personnel.
• Primary production elements.

The auditors analyzed the QMS of Janus again and familiarized themselves with changes that were made over the last year. Upon completion of the audit, Janus received a series of recommendations and requests to implement in the QMS, including:

• Document circulation.
• Work with personnel.
• Definition of demands in instructions.

This audit has shown that the Quality Management System of Janus is developing and evolving to stay in-sync with strong organic company growth. As needs continue to change, all new work areas and methods will be founded from the outset in accordance with international standard ISO 9001:2008, guaranteeing the quality and accuracy of our work.
